I recently discovered some water pooling in my basement coming from a corner wall. I bought the house brand new, and that wall came framed and insulated. Behind that insulation was a mess that was beyond my belief. When the house was built, before it was given to me, it had 2 major structural repairs, one in which the photo I have supplied. I thought I was buying a brand new foundation, not a repaired foundation. If you bought a home from this builder, beware of what might be lurking.

Poor Service and building material

Perhaps the worst customer service experience you can have. They ar quick to sell a home but not quick on service. Make sure you call every day for service to be rendered
