Sadly disappointed
To whom it may concern. I hope you are having a great day. I was referred to your shop "Night Owl" by a shop owner in Ft McMurray where I live. She said if I wanted to be fitted correctly and get a quality bra thats the place to go. After being fitted wrong so many times by other stores unsuccessfully, I have never had a bra thats fit me the way one should. So I went into the shop and the sales people were very pleasant and one clerk proceeded to fit me and gave me several bras to try on. Long story short I got one bra I needed for strapless dress and another for the dress I wore for my daughters wedding. (destination wedding) When I put the bra on there it did not fit correctly, and the only reason I knew it did not only not fit correctly in the front was because the clerk said "you know we don't really have what you should have in size but this will be just as good. It did not fit correctly in back. (you know the bulge above and below the strap) I figured as much because the front didn't fit right. I got a good look at the back when my brother was taking a picture of us walking to the ceremony. The bras are beautiful and the people are very nice. I was disappointed and will hesitate to shop there again. Not that $389 was too much too pay for two bras, but right up there. I would have been happier if I felt better and supported me better that special day. Ann Marie Hughson
