The Worst Service I Have Ever Had, Anywhere.
I booked a uhaul a month in advance, got the confirmation and all seemed to be well until AN HOUR before I was supposed to pick it up I get a call from an extremely rude lady telling me that I am not getting the trailer size that I reserved, I have to pick it up later than I was told in my confirmation, and I need to have it back the next morning, even though I had booked it for the entire 4 day weekend. I phoned back once I got home and found my confirmation and was told that there was nothing they could do, and asked to speak to a manager. She was probably the most rude and vile woman I have ever talked to and she pointed out that it wasn't her fault, it was mine somehow. Thanks. You are such a great company. I WILL NEVER do business with you, I would never reccomend you, and you have made the entire uhaul business look bad.
