Once Upon A Child

A few months ago I decided to take in some gently used kids' clothes for the first time. The cs rep was visibly annoyed I had brought things in a plastic bag instead of a box. She made a big fuss about agreeing to have a look "this time." Then the owner/manager went on and on in front of other customers about about why he wasn't accepting a few of the items. He laughed about one item being so outdated, even though I had received it with tags on just one year before. Not worth the humiliation.

I went to drop clothes off to sell, and not only was the manager incredibly rude but even made a joke about the clothes I brought in in front of all the staff and customers. I will never ever go back, and I will never ever encourage anyone to go there

I love this store...

I love this store i have 3 kids and i like good quality clothing thats not expensive. This place is the only place i shop for my kids. Good quality cheep and great customer service. Plus when im done with my stuff i get take it back if still in good condition and get some money for it. Its a win win for me!
