Unprofessional service! I have an appointment booked between 8-12 and no one called me to inform me that the service guy is stuck at another customer until i called them myself. I was told the guy will be available at 1pm, I can celled my appointment as I have important things to do too. All of a sudden the guy showed up at my door and he said he has cancellations. Really? The customer service told me that other way and then you showed up? Diane is very unprofessional, trying to make alibi.
