PetSmart Grooming

Very disappointing customer service at this petsmart. Making customers with their little children wait way too long at the checkout and treating them rudely. I left feeling insulted. Not the type of way customers should be treated or left feeling when they spend their hard earned money at your store.

They always have good sales going on and their cricket selection is always fresh!

Worst customer service ever. I have been walking around looking for help and they are completely ignoring me playing with cats. Absolutely unacceptable.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I ordered a large online order to be picked up in the store.There were no employees to be found. I stood in a long line and asked the cashier for help. Her snotty response was "I'm the cashier, I can't help you". After waiting for another while for someone to show up to help me, I eventually walked out, phoned head office to have my order refunded. Still waiting for that to happen (phoned again, they said VERY RUDELY, it would be 4 days before they would process it).

Purchased fish here, not once but twice, that cause all of the fish in our tank to get ill and most of them die. Called the store and spoke to "Andrew" who was extremely uncaring and unsympathetic. Didn't care at all. Do buy fish here!!!!!

I dont know why i keep going back to this petsmart location. But i think today did it for me. The staff always seem miserable to be there! My 6 month old pug was getting his nails trimmed and when the groomer was trimming his nails my puppy kept looking at me and seem worried and i telling him its alright, your fine. Then suddenly the groomer proceeds to tell me to stop doing that because im making him move around more. I did not like like that at all!! I know my dog more than anyone else. And i dont appreciate some groomer bascially telling me to shut up. After we left the grooming salon we walked around the store to see if there was any new stock. Then proceeded to the cashier to pay for the nails trim. The cashier was another person who just looked miserable and very unhappy to be there. After paying i said thank you.... The cashier didnt say a word as i walked out. I wont be coming back to this petsmart location again. There are plenty more in the city i can take my dog to.
