Rapid Concrete Ltd

I hired a private contractor to pour my driveway. I paid him in full. My contractor chose to hire Rapid Concrete for the job. He did not pay rapid concrete. This matter is between my contractor (the one who hired rapid) and rapid concrete. Rapid tracked me down threatening me with a lien on my house. I never hired them let alone knew their name. What a pathetic, desperate company. Threats over a measly 400 dollars. Their own park long lot looks like a disaster, I wouldn’t hire them for concrete.
