I had a very positive & fun experience with Brenda. She's so helpful & definitely knows what she's doing. Everything she suggested to try on looked great on me. Me and my boyfriend were very happy later that day! She has a variety of sexy lingerie & clothes for a reasonable price. I will definitely be back next time I'm in Edmonton!!

Don’t waste your time! Her Extremely Rude and Very-condescending communication is by far out side the bounties of normal customer interaction. God for bid you’re a few minutes late she’ll hang up on You! I waited a day to call her back and again was told how important her time was and I ask why she hung up on me Knowing full well I was outside her front door? She said Yes I hung up on You..Then continued her condescending and outright unacceptable verbal call then hung up..Again!!

Well Spencer I’m very sorry that we got off to a bad start but you did make an appointment at 8o’clock at night after hours it was 930 and you still were not here. I did call you four times to see if you were on your way I try to work with you the best I could. I also told you I had to be somewhere to pick someone up from work and then I could not keep waiting.Very sorry you felt that I was rude to you but I was very patient waiting for you when your appointment was at 8;00 pm. I had to leave.
Brenda Lee is amazing & makes what can be a daunting task into a whole lot of fun! Her items are high quality (unlike the cheap mall/ online outfits that usually don’t fit right or fall apart) & similar/better priced! She actually carries great mens wear too! She makes you feel at home & really knows her stuff! She was able to size me perfectly just by knowledge & experience! I can’t say enough good things about her! The store is as charming as she is! You have to go there for the experience!

I would like to tell you why it is that I rate Rodeo Drive with a 5 star rating. This store is like no other and with that said let me explain.I have looked and shopped at MANY lingerie stores in the past and have found that the sales people are either young girls without a lot of experience or women looking to make that commission of my hard earned money....... Not there. Brenda-Lee the store owner has been in the business of making people beautiful for over 20 years and she knows her stuff. She has a wide virity of sizes and even catering to the plus size woman as well...... We all love to look sexy. Rodeo Drive also has this personal touch that no other store can beat, creating a warm and welcome feeling upon entering the store. Soft candles,nice music, and the freedom to shop naked...hehe had to throw that one in but it's true, Brenda will shut the doors, close the blinds and you and your honey can shop in privacy. What a better way to spend the evening together...... Rodeo Drive.... # 1 in a personal shopping experience.
