I was/am so upset with the service I got from Service Master.
It was my insurance company that got them involved in our situation. They would not listen to me, we had a previous water issue, which was fixed,they still ripped down our wall saying they still needed to see it, our cost to fix, slowest service ever. Every time, I see their sign or vehicle I still get mad,will never use this inconsiderate company. I feel they took advantage because it was an insurance claim. Still angry after months.
Horrible experience!!!!!!! Staff were rude and unprofessional. Worst of all they did a terrible job at attempting to repair my basement. It was better off flooded!! Due not use!!!!
Every phase of a simple window replacement takes at least a week. Over a week to come look at it, a couple weeks later they took off the siding, another couple weeks they delivered the window & left it in the yard for a week, before replacing the window. Then we waited over a week to have the trim replaced & painted inside because it no longer covered the larger gap between the smaller window & the wall. Now I've waited a few weeks & any day the siding should be back on.
They are awful.
Can not make or even keep appointments, workmanship is shoddy, and needs to be replaced.
Their project managers have no clue how to even run a crew, do an estimate or what build codes are.
Told it would take three weeks to re-drywall after a break-in which left holes in the walls. Project took 9 weeks in total when it was supposed to take 3. The job itself is poorly done in general. Used our water when specifically told not to. Didn't even clean the place after.
