The reception at the STI clinic is absolutely horrible she is rude unhelpful she hung up on me numerous times and then refused to answer she would not book me an appointment completely unexcitable for a professional to act this way. An STI is extremely scary and for me to be treated this way there is no excuse I felt judged and belittled Alberta health should be absolutely ashamed that they have such ignorant people working in the medical industry.
