I started dealing with this company over 10 years ago. Initially they were very good. How ever over the last three years I would say they take your money but follow up and support have become very poor. Although I registered my new machine for then to watch and follow me, they never did. They did not do the promised follow up either. When I called for help I had to make an appointment where they tried to sell me 6 year old equipment.

I have been dealing with this company for 4 years, I have always found them to be polite, professional and very helpful, I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a cpap machine or supplies.

Think Twice!

I have been a steady customer of this business. After a hospital stay,I stopped in to get my mask adjusted. Two young ladies dealt with me in an extremely poor manner. There was no record that could be found of the purchase of the mask. I was asked if I steamed the mask before bringing it in. I said I was I was on my way home from the hospital so "no" it was not steamed. The mask was picked up by the fingertips, as if it was diseased. My letter to to the manager was not acknowledged.
