    Garbage machine maintenance. What is really frustrating is lack of signs for machines that are out of order. Hate walking up to treadmill or bike getting all settled in and then finding out it's out of order. I can only assume this is to make prospective new clients that there are a number of open equipment.

    I joined snap fit...

    I joined snap fitness in March. I went a few times but was put off by how I was treated there by a staff member so I went in on April 1 and signed a cancellation form so that my membership would be cancelled effective April 30. I checked my credit card statement in May and noticed I was still being charged (a friend who used to work at snap told me to check because they are known for continuing to charge clients even after a membership is cancelled.). I called the location and left a voicemail in May. My call was never returned. In June I noticed my credit card was charged again. I called and called until I got ahold of a staff member. They informed me that they couldn't find my cancellation form and to contact the owner. I contacted him via email letting him know what happened. He told me he couldn't find my cancellation form either, but will cancel my membership effective June 30. I should point out that during May and June I had not been using any of the snap fitness locations. So I am being charged for two months of a membership that I tried to cancel because they lost my form. How is that right? It's not my problem that their staff lost my cancellation form. I want to have my money refunded for May and June. I wouldn't of even been charged for June if their staff members could return my call after I left a voicemail in May. I am so frustrated and extremely disappointed in their customer service and the fact that no one is willing to help me.
