    I was given 3 different quotes for a storage unit (phone,web,and in person.) I was also told the second month was free, and they didnt honor that either.

    Very unprofessional,called many times to request for a copy of receipt but they will not answer your call promptly,our Ubox wasn't delivered on the schedule date,called many times but they keep transferring the call to customer service,very unreliable and inconvenient.very unhappy with the service,very disappointed!

    unprofessional business

    I booked a 6x12 covered trailer one full week in advance. Was told they would call the day before to inform me where to pick it up as they eagerly took my visa number. No call at all so I phone, wait and listen to music, finally to be told my open trailer with ramp could be picked up tomorrow. I told them that this is not what I requested and they said that they had switched the trailer for an open one at no extra charge! I am moving furniture, not a vehicle. This was useless to me and now its too late to get another trailer from a more reputable company. Unbelievable bad service, bush league way to treat a multiple customer who will now never return. wish there was zero stars option. Stay away from this company.

    NOT. They gaurantee your reservation! NOT

    Booked it, showed up, not there. Computer glitch or something, they were outside of edmonton and none in the city. Operator said they have to check with the supervisor but cant guarantee the $50 guarantee. I was like "its your guarantee?!?!?!?" Replied to the original confirmation email of the representative UHC of Alberta. Where's my $50? No answer, later again no answer. I would have been happy with "I'm sorry for wasting your time, here is a discount coupon for next time"
