Zoom Auto Service Ltd

A week or so I submitted a review of Zoom Auto Services that was totally out of order! This business is outstanding as I have been using their services for a number of years and had no problem. I believe that lack of communication between Tony and myself caused this issue! Therefore I urge potential clients to use their services knowing that they will get exceptional value for their money!

I have nothing but good things to say about this company. I have used them for over 7 years. they are quick, fair, and respectful.....tops!

fixed? i think not

I brought my car in for winterizing, and they did an okay job, but about a month later I noticed my block heater cord hanging from my engine. I knew they had left it, because I never opened the hood at all after they worked on my car, and I always tuck my cord very securely around my battery. When I called an asked them to fix it, not for free but at a discount, they told me that "my claim was ridiculous and their technicians wouldn't do that". Well, Zoom Auto Service, PEOPLE MAKE MISTAKES! if you can't admit to that, then stop running a business. Part of running a business is admitting to mistakes, and fixing them to keep your customers happy. Zoom obviously can't do this, and for that, my experience was ruined. If you want something messed up and not covered under warranty, go to Zoom!
