Canadian Tire General Store

Do NOT use Same Day Delivery!! I ordered a Same Day Delivery to my door, to save me a trip on bad roads. Got an email last night saying it was delivered. It was NOT delivered to my door. I'm currently staying in a campground so I guessed the driver had ignored my site # (and directions) and just dropped it at the office, since it was still open at the time. Went by the office today for pick up and turns out it was NOT delivered there either! Went to Canadian Tire in Grande Prairie to find out

I am a person with a legitimate medical condition who is not able to wear a face covering - not a big deal at all because I use online ordering and pick up outside. HOWEVER I needed to return an item and was told to get someone else to do it for me. I asked if there was a way I could return it through their pick up service outside and no that was not an option either. I will be filing a human rights complaint and will not shop here ever again - I have been a frequent customer for over 25 years.

My son took his car in to have one of his tires checked. It was leaking air. The technician that that drove the car into the shop road/slipped the clutch so bad that there was smoke coming out from under the hood of the car while he was driving it. The department called my son who was in the store to tell him that the car was smoking really bad when they were driving it into the shop. The clutch was just replaced last year. The store manager said you cant prove we did anything. -5 rating

Traveling from Alaska to Nevada and had a bad tire. They helped us out so much. Great customer service!!

Be prepared to wait a week for any type of help, in store or on the phone.

Piss poor service.

I ordered 800.00 in auto parts and was guaranteed overnight shipping. So come the following day I come in to pick up the parts only to find that one of the most important parts is MISSING! If you guaranteed that the order would be available they should be available and if for whatever reason they dont come in you should notify the customer so they dont end up wasting their time end of story. Once I have the last part this will be the last time I deal with Canadian Tire.

Everytime I have questions or need assistance the people you ask servicing that department knows hardly nothing about that department and its a waste of time.

Hard to buy auto ...

Hard to buy auto parts here. If you call you will probably sit on hold for ten minutes, if you go into the store, wait time is even longer. I gave up and went up the street. Canadian Tire, you really need to hire more people or someone dedicated to answering the phones.
