Canadian Tire General Store

I purchased parts for my car & the guy at the counter conducted a computer search for the correct parts. The parts however were wrong & some time later, when the parts were to be installed, it was discovered that the parts could not possibly be installed in my car. Due to a time lapse, the manager refused to exchange for correct parts, bearing in mind that the error was made by Canadian Tire, nor would he refund the purchase. This reflects poorly on service at the Okotoks Canadian Tire.

This is by far the worst Canadian Tire I have ever been in and will definitely not be going back. Tried to return some brake parts still in the original wrapping (never opened) and was told no. The parts person was completely disinterested, even though I told him the rotors and pads were not the correct sizes (I actually did the comparison with the old parts). He did not care and literally walked away. Never, Never again! Terrible service and incompetent and uncaring staff.

Yeah it's pretty good I guess. I don't buy much there, but when I do it's always there! I just stocked back up on my window washer fluid, and they have a nice larger variety! They have the blue colored ones, and the green colored ones, maybe a red colored one, who knows? I do know that my windshield is now clean, fresh, and beautiful!

I went through a till yesterday with a nice little lady named Megan. Even after dealing with a rude customer before me she had a smile on her face and a sweet personality. She knew where the batteries were when I asked and was just very kind. I saw here helping three other customers before I checked out and she was always smiling and kind. Such a sweet girl. :)

Very poor customer service

This is like most Canadian Tire stores. The customer is always wrong. Poor selection, limited quantities. No service at the customer service desk. Got a raincheck and was made to feel like I was wasting their time. I doubt I'll get a call back for that. Worst Can Tire store yet! Manager needs a tune up and so do the staff!
