Back in March when I was on holidays my friend who also banks with Servus Sent me an etransfer which was intercepted.. we both filed separate police reports and the $ was supposedly insured but I still have received it and this is the reply I got back “I have followed up with our Corp security team in regards to this matter, I am sorry to say that Servus has exhausted all avenues. I was advised your best chance at recovering from these funds is through law enforcement” and that’s the help I got
