was charged an extra $10 for waiting in the cab at walmart to have groceries loaded even when the cab driver had no one else who wanted a ride, when I knew what was going on I got the driver to let me out and pick me out later when the groceries from walmart gocery pickup order were ready sure it would cost more for a cab to wait on you like when I was waiting in TD lineup and was charged $5 for 10 min or more but to charge extra without saying so is unfair.

Bev is absolutely amazing. She is always at the store to pick me up 5 minutes earlier than asked. She makes sure people get to their car/house safely and she always keeps conversation. She is so sweet and I never have bad service with her!

A-Cabs in olds alberta has always been very accomodating to me and so many other customers in our commuinity i sometimes get a ride with another coworker and they only charge $3 extra for a 2nd stop so we can get home after our nightshift. Only $15 total for a 15 minute ride i think that grants a better look into why so many people on this site give such bad reviews. My guess is that some of these people are either already aggitated or under the influence . Love you Bev

3 hours late. Awful. Had to attend a conference at 7am and waited all night for this cab.

Absolute joke. They over charge drivers have horrible social skills, and they where 15 minutes late. DO NOT know how to run a customer service based business People are a bloody joke. And taking full advantage they are the only taxi in town, anywhere else they’d be run into the ground quicker than you can blink

Called on a Sunday before midnight to get a ride home from the hospital. No answer, change your business hours if you’re not going to be open

ACab taxi company is under new ownership at this time (November 2017). During our family crisis, Bev, the new owner and driver was exceptionally helpful and compassionate, offering not to charge for her cab services due to the inconvenience it would have caused us in paying for the cab ride. Then, the next morning, she went out of her way in searching for our lost cell phone, both in her cab and in the snow along the path from the curb to the house. She eventually found and delivered the phone.
