Associated Cab

I phoned pick up to come home, told it would be awhile. 45 minutes later I called to check was told there was no taxis in my zone and I was the only one they would pick up when in area as they keep them close so not everywhere. 90 min later I called and got a rude man who told me there was no clear cabs. I was in tears as sitting in wheelchair is hard the longer in it. After 10 min cab showed up and he just got the pickup. Drivers awesome, dispatch and organization bad. New cabs needed.

I have posted a review a few days ago but after reading some other reviews I feel I have to post again. I have now booked Associated 4 times now over the past couple of weeks. Some times I get Associated, sometimes Alberta Gold. All 4 drivers were different. All 4 were a pleasure to deal with & always on time. Reading the complaints of others I'm afraid I have to wonder if the problems were caused by the attitude of the customers & not the drivers. Thanks Associated for your great service.

The driver this morning was rude and had no manners at all. My son got in the cab with me and he stepped on the sit and the drivers reaction was:"Omg not my sits now they are nasty" I said to him I'm sure you have worse customers then my child in your cab like people dumping drinks or whatever, your seats are leather and they can be wiped off don't need to make such a big deal as I was going to clean the seats anyways. So i cleaned the seats with baby wipes I have in my bag. Horrible experience

Great all round service.

I have always had great service from associate cab. This last weekend wasn't an exception. We had a very happy and friendly cabbie from Afghanistan who was more than sweet especially after our margarita party... I left my bike helmet (my next day car retrieval plan) in the cab. When I called the office the dispatcher was gracious to speak with and I did get the helmet back!! Thanks. Much appreciated.

Disgruntled Cabbie Sesel

The driver, Sesel, of Assoiated Cab is a disgruntled and angry individual. he almost ran over a pedestrian who was on the sidewalk. Yes, he droveup andover the sidewalk into an empty buildinglot, and ran off when confronted. The company did nothing to rectify the situation. Today, when an elderly man with a walker, disabled andslow walking, took to long to get to the cab, Sesel hollared at him and got rude, demeaning him in front of store staff and bystanders. Unacceptable.
