called and talked to a gentleman on Saturday. asked about an issue with my hot water tank, he was nice enough to suggest an issue. I called back again to try and book him for the next Monday. left a message with no return call. turns out I repaired it myself. Thanks for the help. will not call back.

We had a furnace issue ...make a long story short we called the wrong company..they mis diagnosed the problem and it cost us in parts we did not need...i called DMP and Dave was very concerned about this and looked at it that same day...he diagnosed the problem almost immediately and even sent me a video of the work he was doing...very professional and efficient.... I would and will recommend this company to anyone...i will never make the mistake of going with any other company ever again!!

Had an amazing experience with Dave tonight. I was out of town and had friends staying at my place (out of town) . I called him later at night (9ish) and He was just putting his kids to bed he called me back and Offered to come right out or do it tomorrow or trouble shoot step by step over the phone/text. We tried option C to start with and an hour later it was fixed. Saved the weekend for my friends. Really a class act! I can’t recommend him enough based on my experience!

I have had DMP do plumbing for me on a couple of occasions. They arrived as scheduled and they were fast and efficient. I would definitely get them again and would highly recommend them.

Great service. Called at noon for one of my hot water tanks not working. Was told he would have a guy over in about an hour. The guys showed up within 45 min and had the problem discovered, (no charge) Fixed it and we’re good to go. The guys were great. I will defiantly use them again when needed.

We did full renov...

We did full renovations on our house in Red Deer and DMP was the third plumber we contacted since the 2 previous plumbers were greatly overcharging. DMP did an assessment (no charge) and within days were on site completing the work. Weeks later we had a hot water tank issue (unrelated) and DMP showed up 20 min after I called. Their cost is completely reasonable, the customer service is the best in the industry and the work they do is 100% trustworthy.

Best service I have ever recieved from a heating and plumbing outfit in Red Deer. I will definitly be calling these guys again if I need anything in the future.
