Red Deer Mitsubishi Burnt Lake Business Park

I bought a brand new vehicle a year ago from Red Deer Mitsubishi. After my third service THEY did not tighten the oil drain plug which caused my motor to blow up and I broke down on the side of the highway. Red deer Mitsubishi were very rude and purposely didn’t communicate and did not call me back. They did not acknowledge their mistake and not only did the management leave me waiting for hours but I was left with a 9 thousand dollar bill. Very disappointed with the service and treatment.

Horrible!! They won’t leave you alone. I have told them to lose our number, stop calling, I have told them we consider this harassment! They STILL CALL! It’s been a year and a half and they are still calling!!

One of the employees, Devin was incredibly rude. 0/10 service.

Test drove a Lancer with AWD. They sold me a Lancer without it. Offered nothing to fix THEIR mistake. Except to buy a new vehicle with AWD and bump my payments up 100 dollars extra every two weeks. Said they couldn't do anything more because they were already losing a whole 500 dollars. Pathetic.

From the time I bought the car with an empty tank of gas (that they would only reimburse if I waited till my next empty tank and drove well out of my way to their shop, and waited for their staff to fill it, uh I have two kids and a job, no, how about send me a cheque), and bald tires because I was niave enough to think I shouldn't have to check stuff like that I've had nothing but problems. problems are never solved but they call 2 times a month to try and get me in to buy another vehicle.

I just wanted to take the time to comment how great this dealership is! I live in Edmonton and bought my SUV from this dealership and I was treated like VIP. When I needed service on my SUV we drove up to reddeer without a appointment and they fit us in and went over and beyond to help us out!

Awful service with empty promises. Never been so stressed before in my life. Defiantly wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Had an awesome experience courtesy of Jerod! Highly recommend! Went in to look at prices at 7PM on a Saturday night and ended up leaving with a new vehicle a little after 9:30. They met in the middle with us and it was an awesome experience.
