Small, independent auto repair who provides honest service and takes the time to explain issues. Unlike other repair shops that just throw in new parts and you get a 'shocker' bill at the end, Ross will repair an issue if it is cheaper for the customer. Fully trust this shop for all my repairs which is a rare find these days. I recommend this business to friends and people who don't have a good understanding of vehicle repair.
Great little shop, which I knew it would be when I walked in the door and saw two elderly gents there as clients. I was traveling from Winnipeg to Vancouver in December when I began having consistent issues with a previously inconsistent ghost in my machine which meant that ever time I wanted to start the Rav it would totally disconnect from the battery. The young man at Ross's took a quick look, figured it out, fixed 'er up and had me back on the road in about 15 min. And I made it home quickly with no further start up issues.
