Management don't care about the quality of their product, only want to sell it for money and put everything for final sales, once you buy it , it is yours no refund no exchange for manufacture default.

was told I could come back with my gotham fry pan and get my money back or purchase equal in store as I bought the insurance and they had none in stock. when I returned the store manager said sorry mam its not that way Ill try to order you one and get it in a few weeks.then he tried to tell me that he could only see that I bought insurance for a gotham frying pan and no frying pan. I said so youre saying that i bought insurance for a frying pan and no frying pan, does that make sense?? sorry mam
