I was there today for oilchange of my vehicle with an appointment. Service desk personnel unapologetic of the service that could not be done on time. She did not say anything about the inconvenience caused to me and asked me if I could wait for another couple of hours for the same service. She expressed no concern for the value of my time.

Brought in my dodge van for recall work, the power hose was leaking bad, they told me it would be $550, $250 for the part. Brought it to my mechanic , $72.00, $3 for the part. Ill never be back. Ever!!
