Canadian Tire

Can you rate this place a zero. I brought in my tires to be balanced 3 times to them and I still needed to go to another shop to get the job done right. Their instaler had the rear rims mounted offset and one wheel was 3 ounces out of balance. I brought this to their attention and never once was offered to be refunded or credit but to come back next time I need something. As if, you cant even balance tires what should anyone bring you.

Auto department worst in Canada. We were warned not to take our vehicles there.

PHoned three times and left messages on the answering machine. Never got any calls back. Went in this morning to the auto parts desk and waited in line. One person at the desk. The phone kept ringing and she kept putting them on hold while trying to deal with the lineups. After getting my parts we tried to find someone in the store for help in another department. There was no one to be found. Your customer service is the absolute pits.

DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! twice I've taken my car there with problems and they have charged me tons of money to " fix the problem " and less than a week later both times the same thing was still occurring. They don't know what they are doing so unless you have a shit ton of time to not have a car because you always have to take it back to get them to fix their mistakes and a ton of money don't deal with these people who can't do their jobs

Very POOR SERVICE!! I definitely do not recommend this store

Canadian Tire in ...

Canadian Tire in Sylvan Lake does a very poor job of even minor auto repairs. Their parts & service both failed after 4 months of use & they do not warranty either past 100 days. Be very warned not to use Canadian Tire for your important auto needs. It's not worth the money, the time, the effort & definitely not your safety. I will NOT use them again nor recommend them.

This is hands down the slowest store I've ever been to, I've been in line for 10 minutes behind ONE person and I still have time to write this review. So stressful.
