Very disappointed...
Very disappointed with the installation and customer service, we are still trying to get the door properly installed almost a year later. We had a new door ordered and installed through them and from start to finish it's been a horrible experience. It started from the very beginning, Selected door that I wanted and they did not get the right door in. So I agreed to use the door they had in shop. On the day of installation they left a mess, spray foam set into the walls around the door because it wasn't cleaned, left a large gap between stairs and new threshold that they put in and when asked about it says it's due to settling. No!! Reported to them within the first month that the core of the door was cracked and they blamed it on an attempted break in or my kids putting their shoulder into the door. Gapping spot between door and frame and it froze up in the winter. Again an excuse. But one owner agreed to ordering a new slab and putting in with the storm door we purchased. Storm door in but no new slab. Yikes!!!
