Nova Care Clinic has THE WORST customer service in Coquitlam, the receptionists are extremely rude, and do not provide necessary information to patients. I made an appointment I couldn't attend due to illness, I tried calling several times and no one answered, and when a girl answered she hung up on me without even letting me explain the reason for my call or giving me any kind of information, I went personally and they did not provide me with the necessary health care. Don’t waste your time!!
