booked handicap van one day in advance. arrived 15 min late with meter running. meter was $7.00 before we left the curb. pre-arranged pick-up was 20 mins late, again, meter was at $6.40 before we left the curb. not impressed.. not much of of a tip. If not pre-booked, a 15-20 min wait is not a problem.

This is an amazing company!!! I have used many times. The dispatch is always professional and courteous. The drivers are awesome! Very friendly, personable and professional. Always very prompt and accommodating! I love supporting “local”!. The vehicles are all very safe and luxurious. Great job by all, and Westcabs is my “Go To” taxi! Wouldn’t use anyone else!!
