These guys act like you work for them even very unprofessional for emergency dental clinic and racist to boot

I been going to this dental clinic for years. We weren't given any notice that people on income assistance will need to pay by balance billing. We can't afford balanced billing so we are changing to another dental clinic that doesn't do balance billing. I was also harassed about my dental bill before any services were done by one of the staff. I was so stressed out that I couldn't eat or sleep. I will never return to this dental clinic.

My teeth were in bad shape before I went to Brook Landing Dental and they fixed me up and gave me back my smile. The staff are very kind and considerate and go beyond expectations. My dentist has always positive and very helpful in discussing any options or concerns and she saved my teeth ! Most dentists would have pulled them and sent me a check. I highly recommend this business :)

fantastic dentist!

I used to dread going to the dentist but feel very comfortable and safe in this office. I first came here frightened with a raging toothache on a Friday afternoon. Dr. Mckenzie stayed late to get me out of pain so I wouldn't have to suffer all weekend. She was very patient, caring, straightforward and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain my options in a way I could understand so I could make the right choice for me and didn't make me feel bad for letting my mouth fall apart. She even called me that weekend to make sure I was feeling better. I have since returned for many appointments since and am so glad I found this practice. I never thought my teeth could look and feel as good as they do now. She is meticulous with her work and so gentle. I would absolutely recommend this office
