L A Nails

One of the worst nail places I’ve ever been too! I took my mom to get pedicures for her birthday and they literally left her foot in the water for an hour before helping her. The girl was really rude about my moms feet and completely embarrassed her and then didn’t even dry her toes and made me switch shoes with her because I wore sandals and she was wearing shoes! If they just dried her toes this wouldn’t be an issue. Ontop of that this place is ridiculous for just a regular nail polish!

The salon itself is pretty much like every other nail place and reception is hit or miss. If there is no one at the desk, they will look up from doing nals and are not particularly polite. The stand out in this place is Tony. He is such an expert in manicures that I come from the other side of Surrey just for him. He's a real professional and knows exactly what he's doing. Manicures from him can last a month. No upselling that I've ever seen here either.

I COMPLETELY DO NOT RECCOMMEND ANYONE GOING TO OR PAYING ANY MONEY AT THIS NAIL SALON. I made an appointment for 1:00pm, I got there at 12:50pm and at 1:10pm I said to a lady "my appointment was at 1:00 and it is now 1:10, when am I going to get my nails done?" She replied "15-20 minutes, is that ok?" I said "no this is NOT OK, I have children I have to pick up from school, I cannot wait that long, this is the reason why I made an appointment for 1:00pm." She said there was nothing she could do and so I said to cancel my appointment. I CANNOT be late picking up my kids from school. As a business OWNER MYSELF, this is unacceptable for a customer to make an appointment and the business not be able to provide service for the time specified. HORRIBLE BUSINESS. I COMPLETELY DO NOT RECCOMMEND ANYONE GOING TO THIS NAIL SALON.

very poor quality...

very poor quality. Pressure you into spending more and not getting what you paid for. My nails have started to lift in 2 weeks and are very yellow, funny how my "solar" nails are discoloured and i dont even tan! NOT RECOMMENDED!
