Want to give 1 star to their general phone line, not this specific location. I called 604 985 9264 to book an appointment. The lady on the phone had Indian accent so I couldn't hear clearly what she said. I asked to call back again later and she dropped the phone immediately. Such a rude person and she should be FIRED. Give the job to someone polite and EDUCATED.

The experience here was great! Front staff was kind, responsive, timely. The gentlemen who did my radiology appointment was professional and kind. The clinic was very clean. All in all it was great :)

Uneducated and rough. This place should lose its license.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I havent been to other West Coast imaging locations, but the receptionist at this location is worse than terrible. I have been there twice and can honestly say she is the RUDEST person I have EVER met. I really dont understand why she got hired and how she still works there. The way patients are treated is absolutely unacceptable.

Very unprofessional!!!Some of them are surprisingly rude if you call them to get an appointment. I faced it twice so far. Not going back to this place ever again! The technicians were so good but some of the staffs at the front end really need to go through customer service training again!

If I could give it less than one star I would. I was 5 min late for an appointment and they told me the technician wouldn’t see me because she wanted to go home. Told me I could wait if the next appointment didn’t show I could have that slot. After waiting 30 min the next appointment doesn’t show up and then the receptionist tells me that that technician said no he didn’t want to take me, he would rather not see anyone. After waiting 45 minutes they gave me back my requisition and sent me home.

Said they didn’t have the requisition but they did. And sent me on my way

Hard to give 1 star . After waiting an hour was told they could not do ultrasound? Why do they book an appointment and as well phone to confirm when they can't do it

Please dont visit this clinic. Because i visit this summer and the lady that did the ultrasound took one minute and said"its finish" I just did the same ultrasound in surrey and i have ovarion cyst. Dont visit this place
