Although they had my car for a week to fix my car they kept me up to date daily and did offer me a vehicle to use I will be continuing to take my car here

I am currently driving my second vehicle purchased through Glenoak though they also serviced my first car which I purchased while working in the USA. They also sold & serviced all of the vehicles my parents bought here in town over the years. They have gotten to know me, know my wishes and concerns, and they treat me like a valued friend. Taking my car in to the Service Department is always a pleasure. I am in good hands when I am there for any reason.

I brought my 2011 Ford Ranger to dealership the afternoon before next morning service as I had a ride there, then home, then back the next day. I was told at service that I could not do this as there was no available space for the car. I had to return at 8:00 am the next morning and wait in reception for job to finish, about 2.5 hours. Found people friendly and knowledgeable, but did have to search for my car in far section of lot rather than bringing it to reception area. People are nice.

They had my truck for a week and when I got it back, the problem I had brought it in for was still not fixed. They gave me a discount, which was great but not really because I still paid a few hundred dollars for nothing?

Purchased a Ford F-150 and Norm at GlenoakFord was great in getting me in the right truck. He gave solid and honest advice, found out exactly what my needs were and then went to work locating the truck that fit my budget. He was also right that a club cab with extra space might be useful. I would recommend GlenoakFord to anyone looking to buy.

Made 9am advanced oil chg appointment and get it out before noon. Arrived at 845am and When asked said needed truck back before lunch...to which received a no problem response. Left cell in case they needed to reach me for any reason and when truck was ready. No call so went back at 1145am and found out it wasnt ready...advisor (that i checked the truck in with) gave a look and said ahh it hasnt started yet...terrible customer service and took vehicle that they will never see again...

Service is thorough and the service department is pleasant to deal with and clearly explain what needs to be done to the vehicle, the approximate cost, and when the next regular maintenance service should be done. I have never felt, as a female, that I’ve been talked down to or deprived of detail or information.

The most recent work replacing air bags was excellent. Because I had a long commute my vehicle became first in line and after an hours work allows done and ready.

I have been taking my 2002 Ford Focus, and now my 2016 Focus ST to Glenoak Ford for more than a decade. I find the Service Department to be reliable, fast and trustworthy.

I regularly take my F350 for servicing here. The service dept is courteous and knowledgeable about my vehicle. The price is fair and they have a good history of my vehicle. The work has always been completed on time and I have not had problems with the quality of work.
