We had to book West Cabs from Kelowna to Trail because Pacific coastal airlines was unable to land due to a thunderstorm. We had a driver named Dilpreet who was excellent. He was extremely professional, polite and safe. Our family was very thankful to have this company drive us within 30 minutes of landing instead of flying back to Vancouver.

I was told that they were not doing the bookings for NY Eve even if I booked online. Original booking showed that it was booked and confirmed. NOT HAPPY....thinking a cab was booked but stranded instead. Would have been nice to be notified that they were not taking bookings and could have made other arrangement. Lucky I was able to get someone to pick me up. ALSO, drivers could assist with doors....especially elders and in the snow.

I called on Thursday November 30 at 5pm to book a cab to the airport at 4am on December 1. At 4:01, I thought it was strange that the cab hadn't arrived, so I called and the woman who answered was surprised as she did not have this booked in her system. I gave the male (the night before) my address, name and phone number, and he said quite quickly "yup booked". We almost missed our International flight due to this error. I have never had this problem in the past and would not recommend West Cab

Very efficient and reliable service. I've been in almost all of their fleet, and it's very clean and hygienic. All the drivers are very professional and understanding. BMW X5, Mercedes, and Lexus really set the standard high. Well done!!

Today my husband, baby and I took 3 West Cabs around the cuty. The service was impeccable. All drivers helped with our stroller and luggage. The car was a luxury vehicle and the prices matched other standard companies around the city. We will absolutely be using West Cab in the future.

Best in class best in service

This is the best cab company I have ever dealt with. Paul our driver was there early and always at our beck and call and helped with all our needs. He is without question the best driver I have ever had. He even would be downstairs waiting for us early in the morning when he hadn't slept yet! Paul and this company are the greatest cab service I have ever dealt with and they made my friends bachelorette that much easier! Truly a pleasure and I highly recommend them!

West Cabs has been the best service I have had by far. Not only do you have the luxury feeling but they are polite, quick and provide amazing customer service. (Who doesn't like their door being opened for them) and they wait till you are safe inside your house before leaving. I have gave all my friends West Cabs number and they are all loyal now, as I am.
