Amazing Appliances

Found the appliance I wanted. Mike arranged for delivery, and installation, provided a 3 month warranty, and then the problem began. After a month the washing machine stopped working. Mike came and found the cause, the lid cutoff switch. However, instead of replacing the switch, he hot-wired it to not work when opening the lid. I complained, but he said he would not come back to fix this serious safety issue.
