BC Care Heating Services

This is a good company. They delivered prompt service, professional workmanship and positive attitude. We had no heat for 2 days, 22nd and 23rd of December this year. I called a different company but they did not come as they said. I had BC Care Heating phone number from my neighbor with a nod. They came, brought back the heat, fixed the venting - main cause of our problem and gave my daughter a hi-five. Our family appreciated their service. They are our Christmas saver. When companies come to do a service but leave wanting to rebuild appliances, and appliances that are serviced then mysteriously break down 2 weeks after the service, one has to give serious consideration to such a company.

VERY PROFESSIONAL & POLITE with reasonable rates.

The techician was very polite, professional and clean. He even wore plastic protective booties to keep my house clean. I was not pressured into buying a new system - as with other companies I have dealt with. He was very honest, and took the time to explain in layman's terms what I needed to keep my system to running safely and efficiently. I felt compelled to call the company's office to compliment the tech. Thank you for great service - at a reasonable rate. I will recommend you to anyone looking for a great heating company. (Elene)
