Delta Hotels by Marriott Burnaby Conference Centre

Checked in with Rachel and she was very kind and helpful during it all, she made the process very smooth and walked me to the elevator! Matt was a bartender I had at Persona in the casino and he was incredibly welcoming and made dining alone feel less awkward. I was sick one day and was treated to a personalized letter and fruit tray from Pauline it was a unexpected and a welcoming surprise!

The staff was very polite and so helpful! Everyone called me by name and did everything they could to make sure my stay was enjoyable.

Beautiful large rooms. Comfortable beds.. Casino on site, with food options and a starbucks in the lobby. great place to stay, you will not be dissapointed.

Great Customer Service, but Really Bright Phones

I come here often for work and it is a nice Delta. Connected to EBO Restaurant, and a Casino there is always people hanging around. I would not recommend room service, as it is always 50/50. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. My only complaint is strangely enough the phones. There are two in the room and they both have huge screens that glow in the dark. It is VERY bright. Each time, I have to fold two towels in half and put them over the phones so that the room is dark when I go to sleep.

Great Hotel & Rewards Program

A great deal for the level of service & quality of the rooms. One of the nicer Delta's out there. Best rewards program going 'Delta Privilege' Lots of dining options including in room, Ebo Restaurant & the take out options from the casino. Request a higher floor to prevent some of the highway noise.
