Unprofessional stuff, she googled technic, when worked over my head. Too expensive

I got my hair coloured here recently! I showed a picture of exactly what I wanted! I was told that they couldn’t match it but could do a mahogany colour which is reddish brown! I ended up with bright purple hair! The hairdresser was friendly and cut it nice but I did not want purple hair!!! It cost me $270 which is rather expensive! I normally pay $135/$150 for a cut and colour! So I now need to get it redone and I’m sure I will get the colour that I ask for!

Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. Charged so much for a simple root colouring and when they quoted me a price for their shampoo and finished charging me , staff member ran after me in the parking lot to tell me the price was actually higher and should have been $20 more. They didn’t even apologize and grabbed the product and ran back to the store. Aweful staff and service was very bad with poor customer service

Came at around 7:35pm to get a quick cut, but this old Asian working there turned me away because they were going to close down by 8pm.

Great haircut but unfortunately a brush was pulled out of a drawer used to blow dry my daughters hair and a few days later she has a lice out break. There was absolutely no way she got it anywhere else as we don't leave home in the summer and hadn't been around other people. Certain it was from there. It's really too bad because they did an excellent job but won't be going back. Hopefully they will start to Soak their brushes between every use and change their barbecide more often ?

Worst haircut ever! I have goten average haircuts at this place before... but today was terrible. The lady didn't even use the scissors. Like I can use a razor at home, what am I paying g for. She also didn't even out my bangs, it was amateur hour for sure

I was curious by going to this hair salon at first, but many people has recommended to go and see REINA (the young spanish speaking lady), at first i was nervous, but this lady is A PROFESSIONAl! I was blown away by the amazing work she does on people, I found a magician! She's the best hairstylist that Babylon's has. I wish she had a recepcionist by now . She's over book all the time. Definitely going back again.

Fabio is Fabulous! He did an awesome job - dying my hair from black to red and cutting my hair. He is highly professional and very kind. Definitely, I will visit him again and again!

First time at this salon and was blown away with the great job Fabio did on my hair. I had streaks/root color/cut/style and he did an amazing job! He definitely takes pride in his craft and I told him he created a masterpiece with my hair :) The price was so reasonable compared to other salons that I've been to that didn't do near the great job he did. I will definitely be going back and highly recommend. Thanks Fabio....you ROCK!

I took my teenage...

I took my teenaged son here to get a new look. He had very long hair and wanted a change. I had seen the great prices here when I was getting my groceries so I thought we'd take a chance. Staff was very friendly, they cut his hair exactly how he wanted it and he's getting tons of compliments. You can't beat the price but this is a much better cut than we get at those other bargain places. Will definitely go again.

Terrible terrible...

Terrible terrible terrible!!!! DO NOT waste your hard earned money on this laughable "hair studio". What a disservice to professional stylists. They claim to be proficient in cutting children's hair;if you're comfortable with your child being cut in the process and let with a massive chunk of hair missing post cut, then go for it. One word, incompetent.
