Phil came to work on my father's house over a year ago. There was a major water leak in the basement and he repaired it. Invoice was paid in full and Phil advised us that there is a warranty for the work. 4 months ago, water began to leak and I called Phil to check on the repair. I referenced the invoice and advised him that it should be under warranty. He agreed to come over but never did. He repeatedly made excuses for his busy schedule. To date, he has not shown up.
