Canadian Tire General Store

They are always busy, the result is very poor customer service. The lady who seems in charge of the front desk is rude and abrupt. She seems to try to turn things on you that any lack in service is somehow your fault. I hate dealing with them, unfortunately my fleet management company says I need to go here. I would go somewhere else in a heartbeat. I am frustrated twice a year getting tire changes with their ridiculously poor service.

Worst customer service. Return policy on items broken right out of box is horrible.
