Concord First General Kamloops

I contacted Concord First General for a carpet cleaning quote prior to moving and my Landlords occupying my unit. They were very prompt to respond and gave me an excellent quote. Poly was very thorough, asking for photos to determine the type of (old) carpet that was to be cleaned. As it turned out, my Landlords are replacing the carpet and told me not to worry about cleaning the carpet. I still want to post a positive review as this company was excellent to deal with and very responsive.

Our plumber made the recommendation to call Concord and I’m so thrilled we did. They were able to calm me down when my basement flooded and keep me calm during the whole process. They dried it all out, made suggestions for the repair, helped with our insurance claim and made my basement look better than it was before the damage. I’ve now called on the for carpet cleaning too. It was so easy to deal with them and I trusted them in my home even when we weren’t there.

I highly recommended Concord. Justin and his team are amazing. They were thoughtful, courteous, and professional. You guys Rock!

I was on holidays and did not have any internet totally unplugged and a house sitter in my house and my water pipe froze and flooded my rec room in my basement and Justin whas called in and started the job and got everything all dried out without even then deposit so when I come home it was already to be restored without a real guarantee he was going to get paid my hat goes off to him and his crew for doing a really good job
