Real Canadian Superstore

Absolutely typical ,, just another supermarket with next to nothing in the way of customer service. Why bother advertising items that are not on the shelves. This is a problem in this and other markets. Yesterday I did my early morning shopping, I had nine items on my list, three of the items on my list were advertised items. Two of the regular items they were out of at present, the three items I needed that were advertised they were out of also. Its called bait and switch ,,

Bought a fresh whole Coho salmon (29.25) for family Valentine dinner (Feb. 14,2019). Started filleting the fish, and the flesh just disentegrate on me. I was almost in tears because I want to showcase the B.C salmon. I didnt have time to return it so really my dinner was ruined. They should not be selling products which are old. Or if not put it on discounted price so the customers would be careful. I paid full price for the salmon which is basically good for garbage. So disappointed.

Great store has almost everything I need for grocery shopping, now it also has wine & ciders so handy. Produce is always fresh and the staff is so nice and helpful.

Since changing the store around everything is hard to find not to mention that one has to walk long isles. Superstore was my favourite store to shop but not anymore! I will shop somewhere else from now on. Enjoy your wine sales as this is the main reason for lousing up the Isles?

A lot of people in your store are mostly older - so why have you made the ailses twice as long? I am really going to think twice before I come again. Sorry, but that`s how it has to be. I think it a very bad move on your part.
