Got referred to a guy named Gary and he fixed the furnace that was squeaking... it only lasted for one day and was charged almost $170... what a waste of money... Then I called him and asked him if he could do something about it. He said he was going to contact his friend to get a price and I said I wanted to get a quote and he said "If you are not serious, then I'm not getting you the price." What horrible customer service!!

The Riverside crew worked quickly and efficiently to re-pipe our entire house. There were no job interruptions and they saw the job through in record time. Clean professional work, fair and competitive pricing. We will call on them again for future service needs and will recommend them to family and friends.

They were given the contractbto replace the plumbing, install new dual boiler system in home renovation. Major mistakes were made repeatedly and left a poorly installed boiler, a flooded basement, a toilet flange incorrectly placed, a leaky garbarator, and chewed up hardwood floors. The last flood was caused by an incompetant repair of the system they installed. I am out over $5,000 in repairs and they won't return calls. Incompetant all through. My kitchen faucet had disintegrated internally and was leaking water all over. Matt replaced my faucet with a brand new one and its working great. Quick and very friendly service, I would definitely recommend Riverside Heating and Plumbing. THanks guys!

I highly recommend this company. We have used Riverside Plumbing & Heating on a few occasions and they have always been courteous and professional. We had no hot water this weekend and Matthew was kind enough to troubleshoot with me over the phone, saving us $$.

For many years, I have been dealing with Riverside for plumbing emergencies that have come up within my business. They have been great at troubleshooting over the phone & explaining in great detail about the best and most cost efficient solution and then executing the work. I highly reccomend working with this company.

Our hot water heater died last night & we searched for a reliable and reputable company & saw Riverside Heating & Plumbing on the Better Business Bureau site. When I called, Matt was extremely friendly & willing to walk me through a temporary fix to get hot water flowing again from the tank. After a 10 minute lesson on the phone, the tank was heating hot water. I’ve booked Riverside for an appt. next week to fix the issue. We would not hesitate to recommend Matt & Riverside to you!

This is possibly the worst company in Langley and they make the plumbing and heating industry look very bad. They assured me they would come to replace my hot water tank and no showed, they also did not call to say they were not coming and when I called all day and night no one would pick up the phone. Then when I finally got a hold of them they said I was not an important customer to call back. Be wise and Get another company, these guys don't know what customer service is!!!!!

If only there was an option to not assign stars at all... That is exactly how awful they are. A routine cartridge replacement turned into a full-fledged drama. We called Riverside to get a cartridge replaced as they are the plumbing company of our apartment complex. The first time we called for a quote, we were told that a replacement cartridge was $30 and 1/2 hour of labour was $110. I had a substantial leak coming from my toilet. I called Matt from Riverside plumbing and he was at my house within half an hour. He dealt with the situation quickly and professionally. I strongly recommend Riverside Plumbing to everyone I care about.

Apparently "fixed" my toilet while in my place for something else. Now my toilet will not run properly, and is now continually running. Terrible.
