Expected alot more from a big well known corporation like Mcdonald's, I havent been to mcdonald's in over 6months but received a coupon book ,so i decided to send my husband to go pickup a late night snack, totally not expecting the awfulness that he went through!:( He was so mistreated he couldnt even eat !!! Basically he went in with a coupon that was two meals for 10.98 and the awful older woman (manager) said no you cant get that instead of offering him a alternative she was cold,rude ect so basically didnt take coupon and charged us 21.00 instead of 15.00 and threw the nuts at him for his sundae . The food was cold,the drink was watered down it was a nightmare! This Isnt the first ive heard of the manager been awful so I really hope mcdonalds takes initiative and reviews there staff very carefully before the present owner loses her business! I still am awaiting for a response from owner and will not let this go untill its resolved !!Thankyou b.k.
