Montana's est un établissement convivial. Au menu une variété de hamburgers, dans une gamme de prix allant de 11$ à 25$. L'accès est aisé par transport en commun. Ils sont installés dans un secteur ou l'on retrouve d'autre parcs et marchands.
I was in the restaurant this evening, I ordered mac&cheese and was extremely disappointed to find a hair right on top of my meal. I obviously sent it back expecting to receive a new mac&cheese. The "new" one was given to me about two minutes later and i could tell they had just removed the hair and had not made a new one. The waitress gave me a coupon for a free appetizer but still charged me for my entire meal. This is a major health issue and I am very upset.
Although the food was adequate, I was quite put out by the floor manager speaking in a condescending manner to two woman. One of the woman worked at the restaurant, as she was our hostess. He behaved very rude, and although he admitted to lying (we couldn't help, but overhear), he continued to call her down and said he didn't want her "type" at his restaurant. We don't want to eat at a restaurant and pay his "type's" paycheck, therefore we won't be back. The whole experience left us feeling bad for her, and ruined our evening.
