Stuart diagnosed the problem with our dishwasher right away, ordered the part, then set up a time to install it. Once installed, he tested it, and determined it was "good to go". This company has a nice outgoing phone message. I got one returned call promising service within 48 hours and no show, no call. I have left 3 polite inquiries for service and have never been called back. This company SUCKS!

A friend of mine had used Island View Appliance Service and had good things to say so I called them I believe within the same day he was out fixed it and I was up and running once again. Turned out the part store was selling me the wrong fuse unfortunately four times in a row. The tech found the problem immediately!
