After working under the previous owner at Lotrell Catering, Lei De Santis decided to take her passion to the next level in 1998. She bought the business and dedicated herself to feeding the people of Port Coquitlam. Lei knew what she was getting herself into—she knew the business and how to match any event with the right food. Owning the company came with hard work, but Lei has never looked back. "It's tons of work, but it's worth it … It's very satisfying to know that you're doing something that you really like and that you're helping people when you can and participating in the important parts of their lives."
