Great Canadian Oil Change

The worst customer service experience of my life. They forgot to put the transmission plug back in my truck and when they transmission seized they would not do any thing about it. They would not even contact me after leaving numerous messages. This is the worst run company I have ever seen. Do your self a favor and drive as far away from this train wreck of a business. Their own warranty does not mean anything to this unprofessional and impersonal company.

All of a sudden a sharp price increase.

Just had a complete oil lube and filter. Hopefully they changed the oil and filter haven’t checked yet but greasing all my nips on the joint. That was a no not one was done I even told them I have 18 grease nipples and they must be done as I drive lots. I just was driving home and had ball joints fail. Stuck in 100 mile house now getting ball joints replace no grease in either of the ball joints. From now on I’m watching or doing the grease nipples myself. What a joke. Not even a one star

After being pressured at other places on things the car "needs", I am super pleased with my switch to Great Canadian on Central. They are always super friendly and chatty, while working efficiently and when I have my dog they always give a treat and give him attention which is great when you are sitting in a car with a dog and can't get out. Workers have never tried to pressure me into buying anything other than what I asked for, but always make sure I am aware. Very professional, Great service!

Great? Canadian? Service Change... You Bet!

Serviced 3 vehicles faithfully for years until the day the techs attending our car failed to properly conduct a double check and closed the hood on our oil dipstick, actually crushing it. When I brought it to their attention, they laughed and straightened it with pliers. Unsatisfied we asked for a free oil change and were offered a $15 gift certificate instead. Furious we contacted the head office by email and explained our situation. They never replied. Haven't been and never intend to return!

I was in the centre wait line but served promptly in right bay because I arrived before the car in that line. Technician, William was efficient, friendly, informative, incredibly polite, patient & humorous. The service was fast, so easy & facilities spotless. I was nervous since being repeatedly treated with blatant rudeness at Wood Wheaton where we purchased our SUV, so was in awe of the pleasant experience. Complimentary drink & fair prices. Highly recommended! Will return!

Went in today to ...

Went in today to the Great Canadian Oil Change in Prince George on 15th avenue to get a lube oil and filter.. After all was said and done I checked the grease nipples and they had not lubed my car. I queried the attendant and he stated "they don't have grease nipple do they?", I informed him they did and he asked where " on the ball joints/".. my car doesn't have ball joint ( it has struts), when I told him the were on the tie rod ends he just grinned at me and walked away.
