After our Dryer started to make loud noises, I called Bens, talked to a very informed gentleman, who set us up with service in two days. Ken, the Tech, arrived on time, looked at the dryer and knew immediatley what the issue was. He took it apart, showed me the issue and gave me a ball Park quote to fix. I agreed and in a short period of time he had repaired the Dryer, and his quote was bang on. It was very reasonable and Ken was great to deal with. I heartily recommend Bens and Ken.

We bought our washer and dryer 5 years ago at Ben’s. They are awesome!! Had a couple issues with bob-pins getting caught and Ken the repair man was here within a couple of days, fixed the problem for a fair price and we are good to go for another 5 years!!!!

This is an outstanding business. When another appliance store severely disappointed (damaged goods, unwilling to compensate) on the recommendation of a family member I called Ben's. I explained what I needed and without having to go in to the store I was advised on suitable, quality products over the phone. Highly professional installation was done the very next day. Staff were knowledgeable, courteous and extremely helpful.
