Went to get my nails done. The lady doing my nails was so rude. Don’t remember her name Just know her name started with a K.She had another customer waiting for her and was rushing to finish my nails and when I told her to do one more layer of the nail polish cause you could see my nail under the nail polish. She got mad and started talking about me in her language. Also while I was there the whole time she was talking bad about her coworkers to the lady sitting next to her.

Worst experience, I visited them for Shellac Mani and pedi. Their nail paint didnt lasted 8 days and started fall off, worst material and rude staff. Lady which applied Gel nail paint, doesnt respect customers. Dont waste your money, dont go there worst material and treatment.

no good at all. over priced and my technician didn’t apply acrylic properly, too much of my nail bed is still exposed and the lengths are alll off from eachother. me and 3 of my family members got pedicures and two of us got oil on feet and one didn’t and then one didn’t get buffing, super shotty pedicures. my nail tech was visibly tired and this reflected in her work. i raised my concerns and a new lady fixed only one of my nails. overall i’m unimpressed with my entire experience!!

Every single time I’ve gone they’ve been amazing. They do the shape I want, the thinness I want and the colour I want. Every time I’ve gone I’ve left extremely happy with my nails. I’ve gone back 5 times in a row now and I will continue going back.

Love Enchanted Nails! I have had Linda do my nails the past 4 years, and I am thrilled she has her own salon now. Super clean and beautifully decorated. Her staff is also terrific, and I absolutely love pedicures from Wendy and Kim. Definitely 5 star all the way ?

Enchanted is definitely the best nail shop in Surrey. The salon is very clean and chic. I am very picky about my nails, as I am very rough with my hands and they get it right every time! My nails never break and my gems never fall off. I am always beyond satisfied when leaving there. The techs are incredibly skilled and their designs are always on point. Keep up the good work!

Amazing service as per usual! I’ve been following linda for years now and she never fails to impress me. She is an amazing nail technician and her staff are amazing as well. Enchanted nails is by far the cleanest nail salon I have ever been to and I will never go anywhere else. You name it they can do! Thanks Linda for awesome nails.

Amazing!!!! Went today with my daughter for a mani/pedi the girls that work there are super nice and friendly . The place is clean, lots of colours to choose from. Def going back .

Very disappointing service today. Got served by an inexperienced nail technician. Acrylic application is uneven and even shapes of my nails is uneven. I got them done today and they already look like they were done 20 days ago! Mum got a “spa” pedicure and the lady didnt even apply moisturizer or get rid of any dead skin at all!
