I have been going here for yrs I have never found the owners rude at all. Always treated with respect. Also very helpful.

Nice business owned by an African family, Very cheap and accessible For Lower class poc looking for hair extensions or hair products, my family has been going to this store for over a decade probably, I get it the lady doesn’t smile or won’t talk to y’all but black women don’t owe u anything!!!

I THINK THEY ARE NICE AND VERY PROFESSIONAL UNLIKE SOME OF THE PLACES WHERE YOU ENTER AND PEOPLE JUST TALK AND TALK WITH THE SALE ASSOCIATES.

These people are disgustingly rude. No manners to anyone who comes in there store. I have been there a few times and will never go back, my daughter went and asked for help and she was not willing to help her. I figure they can be this way because we do not have enough hair stores that sell most of her products. And they don't seem to care who buys or not. RUDE !!!

That lady is so rude no manners doesn't care not helpful at all very bad hearted lady for sure even animals are friendly for her age she should know better style up woman people come from far to buy /support ur business have some respect

The lady was inside was rude did not welcome us.. I asked to see what the extensions look like she said go die ur hair first before buying.. she was so mean end did even say thank u or help horrible woman and mean.we asked the price she said read the back side she was so mean and I will never be buying anything from there I rather pay $50 more and get customer service. She was mean

just signed up in order to leave review because of how rude they were. I also noticed that they treated white customers nicely as opposed to black people. shame on you.

Bought a texturing kit from here open it a week later to the step one was missing how dishonest to nicely tape it and place it back to the self for resale then place on your receipt no refunds no exchange first and last time This business could ever get my money.
